The car port, on the ground floor, provides undercover parking for one vehicle only and leads to the entrance hall and double-bedded bedroom with en-suite shower and toilet and access to the decked balcony and garden.

On the first floor there is a well-equipped kitchen with dining area, a cloakroom with toilet and, a living room. The kitchen is equipped with an electric double oven, gas hob, dishwasher, washing machine, fridge/freezer and microwave oven. Ample cookware, crockery and cutlery are also provided. The living room with double doors accessing the glass-screened decked balcony that overlooks the garden and harbour has for your leisure a television, DVD player, video recorder, radio and CD player. Electricity and Gas are included.

On the second floor is the master bedroom with double bed and en-suite shower and toilet, a separate family bathroom and, a third bedroom that has a single bed and a slide-away single bed. All bed linen and duvets are provided within our occupancy-based tariff.
